If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product that you purchased from the Backed By Green website or our authorized seller in the United States within 30 days, we will send you a replacement product or provide a refund. Please contact us at info@backedbygreen.com with the reason and order number (our website) / invoice (authorized seller).

1. Why does the serving size change sometimes?

Since our product ingredients consist solely of natural fruits, the vitamin C content of the fruit may vary. To ensure that each serving contains approximately 500mg of vitamin C, we adjust the ingredients for each batch of production. Typically, the serving size ranges from 5g to 6g.

 

2. Why do the taste and color of the products purchased each time vary slightly?

Similarly to the above, as our product ingredients consist solely of natural fruits and do not include added sugar, artificial flavors, or colors, the taste and color of each batch of production may vary slightly.

 

3. Why does powder clump together?

To ensure that our product is completely natural, we avoid adding any anti-caking food additives that prevent clumping and lumping of the powder. Therefore, it's crucial to store it in a cool, dry place. However, if the product becomes clumpy, you can try to break up the powder before opening the packet. To do so, gently massage and squeeze the packet with your hands. This will help to loosen the powder and break up any clumps. You can also use a spoon or fork to break up any remaining clumps once you've opened the packet.
